ASK HN: What is the most lucrative front end framework to learn at the moment?

So I've been an angularjs dev for a little while. I've dabbled a bit in Angular but it's so foreign to me that it's practically 90% new.

I'm looking to expand my knowledge by picking up a new front end framework since angularjs is way outdated by now. I'm also looking for a job so I'm hoping to learn something that will have a large appeal.

Currently React seems like the most popular framework but I hear a lot about Vue growing quite fast.

What are your thoughts here? In terms of job opportunities, what is the best framework to pick up these days?
