While the title isn't super accurate, I don't agree with the other comments dismissing the work done here. Maybe "Refactoring Github's Javascript SDK for maintainability" or something along those lines.

Please change the title, which is currently very misleading.

An accurate title would be "Moving 48K lines of Javascript code to NPM packages."
