It would help if you could point users to a Prolog implementation that is compatible with your examples. I couldn't find any in the book, but going up to your home page I found a couple of references to SWI-Prolog, and installed that, but the first two examples in the book resulted in syntax errors regarding the "#>" and "#=" operators.
