I'm currently in the US using a TN visa. I know many people with that visa, 0 rejection rate if you present the proper documentation.

TN-visa? that's fine. Plenty of people do that each year.

I went across the Canadian border for a TN1 last week via a pre-clearance office at a Canadian airport. There were no problems--business as usual.

There are denials at the land border due to COVID, though travel for work is considered essential travel.

The application for a TN2 for Mexican citizens is another story. I've heard those are all on hold.
