They have an old Linux client written in Java that was working when I used it maybe a year ago. I think the solution was to downgrade your Java runtime to their recommended version, it was at least 3 or 4 back.

Under clear Linux, Firefox WebEx works for me simply by clicking the meeting links I'm sent.
