Please have a look at https://github.com/vx3r/wg-gen-web. It is great and the dev is very responsive.

It was featured on Show HN but did not get enough traction.

The PiVPN project makes installing / administering WireGuard on the raspberry pi super easy - it has some scripts that nicely wrap WireGuard [1]. I'm not sure how generally applicable they are, but it might be a good starting point.

I forked such a script [0] and use it for setup/admin of my WireGuard server/users for my PCs and phone.
