Title is too broad. From TFA:

Does this mean it’s not hypertension itself but the medication to treat it that results in a higher risk of severe Covid-19?

Title needs fixing: actual title is “Are patients with hypertension and diabetes mellitus at increased risk for COVID-19 infection?”.

Ibuprofen is mentioned as a minor addition: “ACE2 can also be increased by thiazolidinediones and ibuprofen”

This has been tweeted by the French health minister today, and reinforced during a press conference and all over the news.
