Ask HN: An AI that recommends where to look for remote engineers?

I'm working on an ML algorithm that would predict how long will it take to hire an engineer with the given skill set in different locations.

Looks like I have more or less figured the learning part - feeding it with the local recruiters' contact lists and LinkedIn scrapes.

However, I'm worried that I might be building a solution in search of a problem :P.

Would you pay $50 per job for this kind of intelligence?
