Someone leaving a stable job to start a start-up would've already factored in rent payments.

Ideas are worthless.

Ideas are both a dime a dozen and invaluable. That is, ideas are easy to come up with by the bushel, but you can't have a business without one.

Unimplemented ideas are worthless, though.
