corp wise we use thychotic secret server.

its pretty clunky but works well enough i guess.

personally i use bitwarden.

Administrating it is a giant PITA, I wouldn't recommend.

Could you elaborate please? My company is slowly moving towards Thycotic, it would be great to know its pain points in advance.
