Is Facebook targeting Whoisguard directly? I am incredibly thankful for Whoisguard — back when I purchased my first domain, I didn't know about it, and to this day, I get 5-10 spam emails per day regarding my domain. It's so bad that I've had to change my primary email to something else.

There definitely should be a mechanism by which large companies like Facebook can approach Whoisguard and ask for a site to be taken down, though.
