I bet your company, if successful, would be well positioned to make that at some point in the future. There are some tricky questions there, both in terms of effectiveness and ethics, about using an AI-powered chatbot instead of an actual expert. The experts are still needed but whether we're close to approximating human expert delivery of this type of advice with technology is an interesting question!
