Ask HN: Developing mitm filtering proxy, list of CDNs?

After ages of using squid to handle all my network transfer I got annoyed of using atomic bomb to kill an ant and I am replacing it with my own software. I have included "a few" unique features for blocking and one of those is caching CDNs forever to disk (which prevents tracking using CDNs) and some other details (domain blocking, adblock lists compatibilty, url blocking, cname resolution, asn blocking, in memory + on disk cache) but I have encountered interesting problem. I am unable to find any list of cdns to enable caching forever for specific domains/urls.

Is someone maybe aware of any cdn url list?
