It is apparent that much garbage-speaks driven by the need to appear more powerful, the tasks at hand more important and complex, than they really are. And the obfuscation papers over any moral or ethical ambiguity over how what we’re doing affects other people or the world we live in. Which sadly means there’s always going to be a certain amount of it, and complaining about specific instances like ‘space’ or ‘architected’ is probably futile.
With many of us coming off of a fresh new low after seeing basic addition being mangled in the public caucus showcases, the laymans version of geekspeak (ex. parallel-pathing) at least shows creative expressions.
Though, would it be considered lingo instead of language?
