Three weeks accommodation in Berlin for $80 by house sitting

Author here - not pushing any site in particular but house sitting is a nice bit of travel hacking.

It usually involves looking after pets.

I felt good about it as well as it doesn't have the Airbnb issue of raising rents or changing the nature of an area. I'm just minding someone's place while they are on vacation.
