Curious, what’s card alias?
Well this thread is now the top Google result for 'uk bank "card alias"', so if it wasn't a thing before, it is now!
I'm guessing they're referring to having virtual cards you can use for one transaction or merchant, and which you can kill at any time without having to change your primary card number.
Virtual cards.. sorry had forgot the name at the time thought the card alias term would be obvious haha
Depends. At least your money is actually protected by UK laws. Unlike, say, Revolut. No idea about Monzo.
