Someone should create a service that generates RSS streams of Spotify exclusive podcasts.

Would it? Just a list of links to episodes in machine readable form? I can't see what issues it raise, unless it ignores a NOROBOTS
Always a workaround.
You'd definitely have to download, remux, rehost the audio for it to work with podcast clients
