Why is Ola delaying payments to drivers?

I have been using Ola in Hyderabad for the last one week. Drivers are frequently requesting cash or alternative payment stating that Ola is delaying their dues by couple of weeks. This has been stressing them. Why is Ola failing to promptly give them their dues when they can promptly take money from their users?
