Could you use an external capture device like an elgato which is about $100
And use it with obs to transmit your screen?
Sorry speaking from ignorance about true nature of issue just a guess.
Anyway compared to what technically it's possible (i.e. some clicks heard and there and it works), it's not really a acceptable solution.
