I have a product that has lasted for a little over a decade. I use it daily. Others use it daily. But I have had to keep up with the times.

A website from 12 years ago does NOT look the same as today's websites. There are navigation conventions/expectations for downloadable products. For example, screenshots? It would be good to update the website to follow modern conventions.
