Ask HN: Is there an API for (upcoming) API changes?

As shopify/wordpress/google/fb/twitter etc. change their APIs, is there a notification system or API for developers who develop on their platforms? Email is the current way to get these updates, but is there a consolidated way to get these updates in one place?
