Excuse my ignorance and lack of knowledge on the area but can we just not give all Jews and Muslims a piece of land each and let them move in a controlled manner into their respective areas then let things settle first
This involves forcibly moving people out of their homes and out of land they feel is their country, and doing so in massive numbers. There's a whole lot of subtlety in the dynamic between high-level problem solving and human emotions, and that's not even considering logistics.
