All the ex-employees of three letter agencies who now have nice jobs in the news media are downplaying this because it is probably standard procedure to lie to the FISA court. We get to find out because they went after the President instead of Joe Bloggs.

Unfortunately I haven’t found a good one that’s not heavily politicized. It’s really too bad that the political climate is preventing a much needed discussion on FISA abuse.
I’m hoping Glenn Greenwald will write something in the next few days.
