It seems as if even a regular Chinese netizen will be seen as a shill/troll by speaking what they have heard just as Joe from the West copy pasting the same embarassing events over and over. It blocks off honest communication on public forums.
Does this mean if they reply back to that comment, then they are not bots or shills?
