Stack Overflow raises question upvote reward to 10 rep to encourage women

As other users have pointed out, that editorialized title broke the site guidelines.

Single-purpose accounts are not allowed on HN, so we've banned this one. Creating accounts to break HN's guidelines will eventually get your main account banned as well, so please don't do that. Instead, find a way to discuss the topics you're interested in—even the divisive ones—thoughtfully and substantively. Then we won't have to ban anything.

Please de-editorialize the title. The linked post says nothing about men, women, sex, or gender.

I have resubmitted this under a different title here: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=21528699

(I was told by dang it would be okay to do this.)

Looks like the submitter has an agenda against SO: https://news.ycombinator.com/submitted?id=SnarkAsh

The word 'woman' isn't found once on this page. This title seems strangely inflammatory.

The title of the blog is "We’re Rewarding the Question Askers" and a quick ctrl+f "women" turned up empty. Was the headline altered? Is this editorialized?

We can do better than this, HN.

Ctrl-F woman turns up nothing. Where did you even get that?
