Taco Bell "meat" only 35% beef...

Finally the age-old question of "Where's the beef?" has been answered: in two other tacos.

I can't help but wonder how much of that 35% is the kind of 'beef' you'd cut with knife and fork and how much is bovine tissue extruded from joints, etc.
