Ask HN: How would you find similar stories to any HN story

I use https://hn.algolia.com/ extensively to search for interesting articles by inputting a keyword. I was thinking, it would have been nice if there was a way to show up a "More like this" link against each HN article which will display say top 5 related HN stories and the user can quickly navigate to them.

How would you go about implementing such a feature ? Find interesting keywords in an article url/title and lookup the HN api to pull stories ? Or do you think this is too much to ask for ?
