I am working on an application[1] and library[2] to create smalls polls using (so far) 8 different voting systems (approbation, borda, instant-runoff, kemeny, majority, minimax, schulze, two-round-runoff). Feel free to play with it, but it is still unstable, and I drop the database often times.
Condorcet.vote[3] is the only similar application that I know, it lets you use 14 different methods!
