Twitter Tempts Fate

Agreed, this makes little sense. As time goes on, someone's ability to maintain a system (assuming it is something that only he could do well when he was there) quickly approaches zero the longer that person is not involved with it. What's the realistic limit on this anyway, or when will Blaine no longer be mentioned in relation to twitter? At some point, it's all the current employees' burden to bare.

That sentence was utterly confounding to me as well. The best thing Twitter could have done would be to keep their mouth shut to avoid cramming their foot in it tomorrow. Having said that, I'm still rooting for them!

EDIT: I read my comment and realized it was more derogatory than intended, so I cheered it up a bit :P
