Pythonista is a nice IDE. I used to love the Raskell Haskell IDE for the iPad, but it has not been upgraded in a long time and I have file access problems with it now.

Playgrounds is a surprisingly nice experience. Supports combine & SwiftUI. A joy to use really. I’m building my next app using (only) it.

I thought Playgrounds couldn’t be used to create actual apps?

Did Apple change their stance on compilers? It used to be forbidden for the longest time, then they allowed it strictly for educational purposes. It'd be strange if Apple would release Xcode for iPad that doesn't allow creating iPhone / iPad apps.

There’s no IDE that can compete with unix.
