Ask HN - I built an extensive networing site for models & talent - need advice
Long story short I created this social networking for models & talent site. It took me about a year and a half to build (from scratch) off & on. My partner who bailed on me was the one that new the modelling industry. So I've had this site up for 2 years and i'm at the point where I would like to sell it or give it someone who knows the industry and can actually run it. I would use this money to fund another startup.
It has about 1500 members signed up now. I know it can work but desperately needs someone who knows the industry in & out. It was intended for models to better connect with agencies.
Any Idea on what I can do to sell this or find someone who can? This site is fairly near and dear to my heart!
It took me a loooooong time to design & develop it.
