More like clickbait. Reading the title might give you the idea that using Vim is wrong. The article then proceeds to tell you that how people get started with Vim is wrong.

Vim is a tool like any other tool. Well, a powerful tool. Having a good editor is essential when working with text. For any task pick the right tool for the job. An expert task requires expert tools. There are many good expert tools. Pick your poison.
