Yep, you can just run the following command in PowerShell to enable ssh.
Add-WindowsCapability -Online -Name OpenSSH.Client~~~~0.0.1.0
You can check if ssh is enabled with this command.
Get-WindowsCapability -Online | ? Name -like 'OpenSSH*'
