I worked with Prashanth at Barclays. He was principled, energetic, had a great attitude, low on ego and worked his ass off. I personally feel SO stagnated a bit over the past few years. I don’t think this would be an easy job for anyone but I genuinely believe he has the potential to bring back the right kind of creative energy and enthusiasm into the products.
