I adore dining cars. There is something SO COOL about a self-contained restaurant which takes in power, water, and ingredients in one side and delivers fed people out the other. For people who don't know the first floor of these cars is generally a kitchen, the second a dining room where folks order (ordered) off a menu and were served food by a waiter.
