Patagonia Text Message Spam

Anyone else get a text message?

Image says: "Tell congress there is no room in government for climate deniers Answer with Action patagonia"

"The climate crisis is a human issue. Tell Congress there's no room in government for climate deniers. Take action for a livable future: https://p2a.co/81SGMSO"

I will never buy anything from this company. This is NOT how you get your message across. Do not text me, do not spam me.

Just got this text, very random. I did not sign up for anything, and have never purchased a patagonia product.

I got this from a chat reply:

"I'm sorry that they have come across as spam. We are putting our voice behind an effort we believe in and trying to make the movement hear as much as we can."
