Letting stuff like this college cheating scandal go can completely undermine the public's trust in a "meritocracy", which is absolutely essential to a stable, prosperous society. Even if they are going against low hanging fruit, it is better than doing nothing.

Her name is Xiaoning Sui, she had $400,000 in cash to wire around, the whole thing was setup through a translator, and her alleged primary residence is in Surrey, BC.

Rest assured, this person is a mainlander washing money in Canada.

She lives in Canada, but is a chinese national.
