Tesla misses ‘Safest Cars’ list because its EVs don’t crash often enough

A lack of accidents doesn’t make a vehicle safer. It just means that there aren’t as many on the road.

They aren't saying that Tesla isn't safe. They are saying there isn't enough crash data to have it in the list.
