Idea Validation – Weekly Curated Recipes According to Your Taste and Needs

Here's the current landing page on Squarespace https://harmonica-okra-k7pm.squarespace.com

I've finally gotten the hint after tons of dead projects and am trying to validate this idea prior to coding anything beyond the landing page https://harmonica-okra-k7pm.squarespace.com

This would be a SaaS service that, through emails, sends you recipes that match your taste and needs. You can specify allergies or specific diets and the service would take care of the rest. All the recipes would be picked manually by me, according to each user requests.

Two main questions

How do you currently manage your search for recipes? Especially if you have allergies or follow a specific diet.

How much would you pay to receive every week recipes handpicked by a human according to your taste and needs?
