How it works: The platform ingests conversations. From conversations it learns expertise, influence in a network and even satisfaction levels (probability a given person will leave the network). The system will even rank content based on how many experts share and discuss the material.

We also built a chatbot that will automatically interject when it sees questions and link the people most capable of answering said questions.
