HN idea: list highly voted articles flagged to death

Very interesting article, but very controversial: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=20799705

I'd like to read more of these, and seems a good metric is lots of votes and flagged to death. Has anyone tried generating a list of such articles? Alternatively, is there a dataset that has the relevant information to generate such a list, or would I have to roll my own?
