- See powerless antennas used for extracting sounds (or vibrations) via microwave radiation (Top hat US-Russia embassy after(lol) the cold war is a good read) - See subvocal movements while thinking/reading - See timeframe when microwaves were heavily studied - See how strong of a tactical advantage ability to listen to one's thoughts - See how strong of a tactical advantage the ability to put an artificial voice of God in the right (or wrong) person's head would be or to convince them that artificial info is ones' own - See targets - See previous atrocities by U.S. Over the course of history against own people. - See 5-10 years advanced technology - See power of a room full of scientists for decades focused on a single task - See this as v1 of this Type of technology (v2 if you count top hat) - See that this may actually be adversaries of the US developing this technology - See what vN may be able to do along with what goals it may be targeted to (less noticeable, smaller, longer range, etc) - See top hat as Russian reverse engineering an earlier version of US tech - See how many decades of scientists in a room that would make - See how widespread this could be - See frequency range of most processors - See harmonic frequency of ones' skull and brain - See how "noise" is transmitted constantly via telecommunications systems - See how encrypted data is almost indistinguishable from noise - See what it would take to know this information without being cleared (likely a target) - See machine that builds the machine again - See what demographics tend to exhibit symptoms of the embassies
