Diversity Is About Getting Rid of White People (2015)

I am fairly confident this will be flagged, and i may be censured, but i found it massively interesting and i would like to see it discussed dispassionately by a community of analytical thinkers, so i will take the chance.

I am not posting this to divide, diminish, disparage, or depress. if no one finds this piece interesting and/or worthy of discussion, then i will of course accept any and all consequences for my decision to post it.
