Ask HN: May I get some feedback on my new tech channel?

I recently started a YouTube channel called Tony on Tech: http://bit.ly/tonyontech

It's mostly about programming. I was hoping to receive some honest feedback from the community here, in order to improve it.

Friends and family are not going to tell me that it sucks, but maybe it does. :)

Being overly critical of my own output, I do see many flaws myself, but perhaps I'm focusing on things that don't really matter much, instead of things that truly bug people.

So I'd like to ask for your candid thoughts on what you like and what you hate about my videos so far. Also, is there something specific about them that would prevent you from subscribing?

Thank you in advance for your feedback.
