Lying like that is a great way to have to deal with lawsuits from every investor who isn’t convinced that the deal is a good idea.
It’s a little easier for them to just lie to customers.

It is, however, if there’s documentation showing something else which comes up in discovery. Seriously, never try this.

Isn't Watson already a tired marketing device whose existence as a meaningful product/system is debatable? Not sure how much more damage would be done.
