Ask HN: Ideas for CS Degree Seminar

Hey HN, As part of my CS curriculum, we're encouraged to take lectures on valid computer science topics, related to existing/new research areas.

Shoot in ideas which would make amazing lectures and would help inculcate the beauty of computer science among other students. The ideas need not be mathematical, but are encouraged to have data structures, algorithms and operating system concepts.
