Well, it's a point release so that mostly means bug fixes.

The fix for the write() bug alone is worth upgrading. It silently - but decisively - corrupts data on OS X[1].

Personally, I like bug fix releases. It shows that the project is quite mature when there are fixes for several different platforms.

Disclaimer: I currently don't use Node.js but I cannot wait to try it out.

If there's any node devs here, kudos on the site! It looks even better usability-wise than jQuery's! I hope more dev aimed projects mimic it.

It's a compatibility branch, only getting bugfixes. The v0.3 branch is where new development is happening.
