How much business value as a developer did you deliver today?

Let me explain, im an old programmer. It feels these days as a developer, im spending more and more time to just get things running.Containers, updating libs, frame works, agile, scrum, lets use the latest xyz. I used to spend 80% of my time creating business value and 20% on all the basics. Now im happy with 5% time on business value.
