haha. that's quite the math error on my part. somehow I was thinking we were talking 300sqft places, which seems reasonable to me. 1/3rd that is a lot less reasonable, for my preferences. I guess then we're talking a capsule hotel, which... really does seem reasonable/useful for some things, but would be... inconvenient as a primary residence.
