Ask HN: Live Chat for Sales / Support in Summer 2019

Can you provide recommendations on the best Live Chat for sales and support on a SaaS?

I'm moving into a more serious sales mode for my SaaS product.

As I understand it, offering a Live Chat agent is valuable to SaaS sales.

I'm planning to use SalesForce for my CRM, but don't know if it would be useful to try their live chat agent for simple integration.

Or, perhaps choose a non-integrated but still great tool that I manually move customers over into SF for.

Open to any and all suggestions on contemporary live chat for SaaS.
